During a conversation with Lallantop, Anurag Kashyap recalled a specific day at the prestigious Berlin Film Festival. “Maine khud apni aankhon se dekha hai Berlin Film Festival me,” he said. “Leonardo DiCaprio bhi ussi din hai aur Shah Rukh Khan bhi ussi din hai, aur subah se line lagi hai Shah Rukh Khan ke liye.”
His statement translates to: “I have observed it myself during the Berlin Film Festival. Leonardo DiCaprio and Shah Rukh Khan were set to appear there on the same day. And people queued up since the morning for Shah Rukh Khan.” The story highlights the incredible dedication of SRK’s fans, who were more excited to catch a glimpse of him than the Oscar-winning Hollywood actor.

The event Kashyap was referring to took place in 2012. Shah Rukh Khan was attending the festival for his blockbuster film, Don 2, alongside his co-stars.
