Nawazuddin Siddiqui was last seen in the film Raat Akeli Hai which was a Netflix original. Now his upcoming film, which is a Sudhir Mishra directorial ‘Serious Men’ will also headed for a Netflix release.
The film stars Shweta Basu opposite Nawazuddin and is all set to primiere from October 2 on Netflix. The film is based on the novel by Manu Joseph.
Talking about Serious Men releasing on Netflix, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, said “This is my third project with Netflix and returning to the streaming service always feels like a homecoming. I am excited about this film as I waited almost 20 years to work with Sudhir Mishra. It’s a dream come true. I can’t wait for the audience to watch Serious Men and join this journey with me, this Gandhi Jayanti.”
Serious Men is produced by Bombay Fables and Cine Raas. It is written by Bhavesh Mandalia.
