Payal Ghosh while naming Anurag Kashyap in a video stating that the filmmaker have sexually assaulted her also toom names of female actors including Richa Chadha’s name. After this, Richa files a defamation suit against Payal before Bombay High Court.
Now, Nitin Satpute, Ghosh’s lawyer told the court that she’s ready to withdraw her statement and apologize.
He said, “My client has accepted the request. She is ready to tender an apology and withdraw the statement. She is ready to settle the matter.”
