Film should cross 23-24 cr nett today. Film is looking to cross 65-68 cr nett over weekend which will be just 20% more than day one business of Shah Rukh Khan’ ‘Pathaan’. This tells dominance of SRK film in post pandemic era. To match the stardom, KKBKKJ needs to cross at least ‘Bhool Bhullaiya 2’ (185.92 cr nett) lifetime number, if not ‘Drishyam 2’ (240.54 cr nett) number.

Kartik Aaryan is coming back to cinemas after blockbuster success of ‘Bhool Bhullaiya 2’ last year. Film’s trailer was accepted with lot of fanfare and now first song of the film will be out tomorrow.

Film has sold 86 thousands tickets and will be crossed by tonight which will be among top 10 advances of the year but less than Bhool Bhullaiya 2 which is kind of target for medium plus films.
As we predicted last night film managed to sell 65,000 tickets in national multiplex chains and 1.50 lacs tickets all over India by Thursday midnight. This was just better than Laal Singh Chaddha and 30% less than Bhool Bhullaiya 2.
Film started its high decibel promotion this week and it will further push the film in coming days. Tomorrow holds the key as film has to show big jump to get close to Bachchan Pandey and Bhool Bhullaiya 2 day one number.
