Today marks the release of the trailer for SS Rajamouli’s much-anticipated star-studded historical action thriller RRR. RRR is Rajamouli’s first film following the massively successful Baahubali franchise, therefore anticipation is great. He’s known for big-screen productions, and this one appears to be no exception.
The RRR trailer, which runs for 3 minutes and 16 seconds, show a lot about the film’s story that has been kept under wraps. Jr NTR plays Komaram Bheem, a Gond tribesman who is the guardian of his people. Ram Charan plays Alluri Sitaramaraju, a police officer who is tasked with bringing Bheem under control. Sitaramaraju joins Bheem in his fight against the Colonial oppressors after the two form a bond and certain circumstances occur. The trailer also demonstrates the action moments and emotional tugging to be found in the film.
Ajay Devgn, Shriya Saran, Olivia Morris, Alison Doody, and others star in RRR, which will be released worldwide on January 7, 2022. The film has a lot riding on it because it’s SS Rajamouli’s follow-up to the magnum blockbuster Baahubali. The filmmakers and actors have been hard at work on the film for several years, and it remains to be seen how the film, which features MM Keeravani’s music, will be welcomed. RRR will be released not just in Telugu but also in Hindi and other South Indian languages. With the producers going out all the stops to promote the film, it will be interesting to see what else they have in store for viewers.
