De De Pyaar De 2 has 2 – day total of 21.35 crore net and its heading for 34 crore net weekend which is still below par as this is 10% lower than weekend of first instalment (38.54 crore net) of the film six years back.
De De Pyaar De 2 brings back Ajay Devgn and Rakul Preet Singh in a sequel that attempts to balance love, ego, and generational friction. With R. Madhavan joining the mix as a protective father, the film dives into emotional confrontations and lighthearted clashes, but struggles to find the freshness of its predecessor.
