Breaking: Shah Rukh Khan Calls Blockbuster Success Of Pathaan As Not His Comeback But Its A Move Forward Quoting A Hollywood Classic!

Shah Rukh Khan Starrer ‘Pathaan’ has broken every possible record on day one and day two in Indian box office as well as overseas. Film shattered domestic day 1, single day box office collections on both the days, highest worldwide gross weekend, highest worldwide gross opening and the list goes on.

In middle of controversies last year, before release of ‘Pathaan’ and now post blockbuster historic success of film King Khan maintained his dignified silence. Now he has tweeted for the first time post release of the film.

Decoding SRK’s Tweet And Reference To Hollywood Film

Shah Rukh tweeted, “Gattaca movie “I never saved anything for the swim back” I think life is a bit like that….You aren’t meant to plan your return…U r meant to move forward. Don’t come back…try to finish what u started. Just a 57yr olds’ advice things.”

Shah Rukh Khan quoted 1997 Ethan Hawke and Uma Thurman starrer Sci Fi Romantic film. He meant to say that there is nothing call comeback and you can only move ahead in life. He implied that it’s an advice from a wise man who is 57 years old.

It has to be noted that lot of sections of fans and media mentioned that ‘Pathaan’ is a massive comeback of SRK but it seems that he doesn’t see this as his comeback but just reinventing and moving forward in the glorious journey which he started 3 decades back.

Pathaan Scripting History At Box Office

‘Pathaan’ has crossed 225 cr gross worldwide in two days itself and 130 cr nett domestic with massive records under the belt. Film is expected to cross 300 cr gross worldwide by tomorrow and 155 cr nett domestic today. It is set to emerge biggest grosser of all time by end of its run.
