Now from Today to Thursday again films will run on reduced ticket prices which should benefit the films again after what happened on National Cinema Day.

National Cinema Day, celebrated on September 16, was decided to be put off on September 23 by the Multiplex Association of India (MAI) and cinemas. The day marks the celebration of reopening of theatres across the country post COVID-19 outbreak as their business was badly hurt for couple of years. And it has seen a historic response at box office.
With the star cast including Sunny Deol, Dulquer Salmaan, and Pooja Bhatt, the movie is directed by R Balki and Produced by Rakesh Jhunjhunwala, Anil Naidu, Dr. Jayantilal Gada (PEN Studios) and Gauri Shinde.
The screenplay and dialogue were co-written by R Balki, critic-turned-writer Raja Sen, and Rishi Virmani.
The actress added, “One knows of Balki and the kind of work he has created in the world of advertising. He is known for his details and aesthetics, and he has a different kind of gaze. So, when this project came to me, saying yes was a no-brainer.”
R Balki, known for directing Cheeni Kum, Paa and Shamitabh with Bachchans is now looking to direct a cricket based drama with Abhishek Bachchan in the lead role.
Dulquer Salmaan, Sunny Deol, Shreya Dhanwanthary, and Pooja Bhatt star in the crime thriller.
