Aditya Roy Kapur has a very interesting filmography – he starred in historical disasters like Guzaarish, Action Replay and London Dreams and then he turned hero and again delivered massive duds like Ok Jaanu and Fitoor. OM is another historical flop.
His only hit is Aashiqui 2 which was musical rage. Aditya as an action hero can only be imagined by Ahmed Khan who has turned producer with this one. He delivered disaster Heropanti 2 as director couple of months back and now such a pathetic debut as producer.
Rashtra Kavach OM collected pathetic 1.35 cr plus on day one and yesterday again it continued to struggle with another 1.20 cr nett day two. Film collected 1.45 cr nett on Sunday. The film has collected 4 cr nett over weekend and it will finish under 9 cr nett lifetime.
Zee has now given two back to back mammoth action disasters in Dhaakad and OM. One really needs to question their strategy of passing the film and director.
Rashtra Kavach Om, directed by debutant Kapil Verma, has Aditya Roy Kapoor and Sanjana Sanghi in the key roles. In addition to them, the movie also stars Jackie Shroff, Ashutosh Rana, Vikram Kochhar, Vicky Arora, and others. Zee Studios and A Paper Doll Entertainment production are producing Rashtra Kavach Om. The movie released in theatres on July 1, 2022.
