Exclusive Box Office Report: Spider-Man Collects Huge Number at the box office in week one

Spider-Man was released on 16th December in overall 3300 screens all over India and it was a Thursday release to beat huge competition from South film Pushpa.

The film maintains a steady growth on Thursday having collected Rs. 8.50 crores. Despite a weekday, audiences are making Spidey’s latest installment their first choice. Heading to the chilled Friday with Christmas around the film might cross 150 cr by the end of the day.

Thursday – 32.67 cr

Friday – 20.37 cr

Saturday – 26.10 cr

Sunday – 29.23 cr

Monday – 12.10 cr

Tuesday – 10.40 cr

Wednesday – 8.70 cr

Thursday – 8.50 cr

Total: 148.07 cr

The film was outstanding in the south and almost at par with the Avengers End game on opening day. The Film narrowed the gap with the higher ticket price and shows starting as early as 4 am. However, the film is now heading to touch 200 cr nett soon as the Christmas holiday will give it further boost.
