Brahamastra is probably one of the most awaited films of last few years by some distance. It has young stars Ranbir Kapoor & Alia Bhatt along with superstar Amitabh Bachchan and south superstar Nagarjuna. King Superstar Shahrukh Khan has extended cameo and massive budget backed by Karan Johar.
There are plenty of things which can go wrong but let’s be positive as that’s what Bollywood needs badly right now.
Advance for the film started yesterday at select properties specially 3D and IMAX. Film took a flying start all over. From Hyderabad to Delhi to Mumbai, tickets sold on brisk pace.

Film needs to sell tickets on faster pace from Monday onwards. Shamshera and Laal Singh Chaddha failed to add big numbers on Wednesday and Thursday despite decent start over the weekend.
Film needs to create right hype in last one week and that means little more honesty from makers rather than paid media hyping by claiming 400 cr budget and 8 years in making kind of stuff.
Film is expected to open minimum around 19-22 cr nett bracket on day one but at the moment that seems little tough though by Wednesday we will have the clearer picture.
