The box office is having a terrific time, with films like RRR and The Kashmir Files shattering record after record. This week, rock star Yash will hit the big screen with his high-octane action movie, KGF: Chapter 2, which has been highly awaited.
Even before the film’s release, Yash, who made a smash breakthrough into the Pan-India movie market with his 2018 film KGF: Chapter 1, is breaking records.
KGF 2 has already raked in more than 20 crore in advance orders in north India alone, spanning all languages. This is more than SS Rajamouli’s magnum opus RRR made on its opening day!
For the uninitiated, KGF 1 dominated the global box office, grossing more than 250 crores.
KGF: Chapter 2 sees the return of superstar Yash as Rocky, who finds himself up against not one, but numerous opponents, all vying for control of the Kolar Gold Field. On April 14, Yash will hit theatres alongside a star-studded ensemble cast that includes Sanjay Dutt, Raveena Tandon, and Srinidhi.
