The film’s pre-release sales have accelerated sharply in the last 24 hours, signalling a massive opening stretch at the box office across major chains and key centres.

As per the latest available update from the film’s advance booking trend, Dhurandhar: The Revenge added nearly Rs 22 crore nett on Tuesday alone, pushing its total advance collections to about Rs 84 crore nett for the four-day extended weekend, including Wednesday previews. The response in premium multiplexes has been especially strong, with PVR INOX alone nearing the Rs 50 crore nett mark for the weekend, a major overindex for a single national chain.
What stands out is the concentration of business in the top national players. The two leading multiplex chains together are contributing close to 70 per cent of the total advance, which underlines how aggressively the film is tracking in urban markets and high-value ticketing zones.
The advance tally is also closing in rapidly on the Rs 100 crore nett milestone, needing roughly another Rs 16 crore to get there. With sales pace holding, the film is also eyeing a significantly higher closing advance by end of day.
There is also strong traction for opening day itself. The bulk of sales is coming in for Day 1, which has crossed Rs 50 crore nett in advance, while the rest of the weekend has also remained robust with around Rs 35 crore nett already sold.

The film is set for a titanic weekend at the box office. The opening day, including previews, will clear Rs. 100 crore nett. Then there is the Eid period starting from Saturday. Although the Eid boost won’t be as big as it is for a Salman Khan mass entertainer, the holiday always helps. The four-day extended weekend is certain to cross Rs. 300 crore nett, likely around Rs. 325 crore nett. Including all versions, it could even top Rs. 350 crore nett.
Dubbed Versions Face Show Disruptions Amid Certification Delays
The film is also slated to play in South-dubbed versions, which had crossed Rs 2 crore nett in advances for preview shows. However, those shows have seen cancellations due to delays in censor certification. Several affected slots are expected to be replaced by the Hindi version, and in some centres, even Hindi shows may face cancellations if schedules are not regularised in time.
