Despite the COVID-19 scenario, Naga Chaitanya’s latest film Love Story, which was released on Friday (September 24), has had a fantastic opening at the box office. Since its premiere in theatres, the love drama has been making waves. In fact, the film is still trending heavily on social media, with fans praising the lead actor and, of course, his co-star Sai Pallavi.

Well, the movie has had a tremendous start. With its theatrical run in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, Love Story earned a total of Rs 6.94 crore. The love drama’s first day international collection is said to be more over Rs 8 crore. Love Story grossed Rs 10.8 crore in India.

According to the latest grapevine, the collection is Naga Chaitanya’s career-best opening. The massive collection is also regarded as the best in India following the second wave. In addition, the film has acquired traction in international markets.

We can easily predict that Love Story will have a dream run at the box office in the days to come based on its day one box office collection. Also, it appears like Tollywood is unstoppable and is putting up every effort to reintroduce viewers to the theatres in the pre-pandemic era.
