Kartik Aaryan and Kiara Advani starrer Satyaprem Ki Katha is one of the most anticipated films of this year. The romantic drama is directed by Sameer Vidwans and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala and Namah Pictures. It follows the love story of its titular protagonists, played by Kartik and Kiara. The film released theatrically on 29 June last week.
With no major releases around the corner and the impressive track record of Kartik Aaryan’s previous films, its suffice to say that Satyaprem Ki Katha will generate good numbers on the ticket window. Additionally, it has got good reviews and positive word of mouth and this will surely help generate more numbers in 2nd week.

Film collected 9.25 cr Net on day one and that was 3rd best day one for Kartik Aaryan and 6th best opening day in 2023.Day 2 was working day and film was expected to drop. Still film dropped marginally by 24% and collected 7 cr net on day two. On Saturday film jump by 21% and continued to grow throughout the day and collected 10.10 cr net. Film again grew by 20% on Sunday and collected 12.15 cr net. Film had total of 38.50 cr net in extended 4 day weekend.
Film collected 4.21 cr nett on day 5 Monday. But film managed to hold on Tuesday without any drop with 4.05 cr net followed by 3.45 cr net on Wednesday and 3 cr net on Thursday. Film collected 53.21 cr net in week one which is a fair result.
