Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon starrer is wide release in overseas as well as in India. Film is probably the biggest release in USA, Australia and New Zealand for this size of the film, it’s releasing in 1300 screens in overseas and close to 3000 screens.
Advance booking for the film started Monday night and it’s reached at decent numbers. We need to look things more pragmatically specially after Fighter’s box office performance. Film has sold around 33,000 tickets in advance bookings which was at par with films like Bhediya and higher than Maddock’s last year hit Zara Hatke Zara Bachke.

Film opened to decent numbers on day one and word of mouth seems to be on positive side. Film grossed 4.50 crore gross which is good beginning.

Film collected 7.02 crore nett on day one which was fair result with good growth throughout the day post slow start.
As per early trends, film has jumped by 60% on day two morning and should collect 10 crore nett on day two. This is probably the biggest jump post pandemic for the genre, RRKPPK jumped by less than 50%. SatyaPrem Ki Katha, and Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar dropped on day two and Zara Hatke Zara Bachke was less than 40% too.
