Today Diwali releases set to lock horns at box office as Akshay Kumar starrer Ram Setu and Ajay Devgn – Sidharth Malhotra starrer Thank God released with below par responses in advance bookings.
As expected and predicted by us, Akshay Kumar starrer Ram Setu takes lead in advances by 35% by Thursday night. Thank God sold 26k tickets while Ram Setu managed to cross 39k tickets in national chains.
Thank God will depend heavily upon spot bookings and walk ins especially in mass centres but urban centres will be very tough for the film as Ram Setu is leading by big margin.
