Akshay Kumar & Tiger Shroff starrer Bade Miyan Chote Miyan was struggling with one average song after another followed by below par trailer. Though the film is one of the highly anticipated movies of 2024 in terms of budget and cast but scenario looks bleak.
Bade Miyan Chote Miyan Fails To Grow Over Weekend After Poor Opening
Bade Miyan Chote Miyan collected 16.07 crore nett on day one at the Indian box office. Given that Eid is one of the biggest days for Bollywood films at the box office, the film should have grown by leaps and bounds. But that is far from the case! Makers releases official numbers of 36 crore worldwide gross on day one but didn’t provide break up of Indian box office numbers.
On day two, film dropped further by 55% plus and collected around 7.50 crore nett which is too low number. Film grew very marginally on day three with 8.75 crore nett and still remained lower than day one. Film collected 9.75 crore nett on day 4 with marginal growth on day 4 (that too there was ‘buy one ticket and get one ticket free’ offer on day 4).
Film has total of 42.07 crore nett after four days and it failed to cross even 50 crore nett over 4 – day extended weekend which ideally should had been two day business at least! This is massive disaster and probably biggest disaster of recent times!
