Crew Heading For Good 20 Crore Nett In 2nd Week
Crew managed to hold on 2nd Friday due to buy one and get one ticket free offer. Film collected 3.85 crore nett on 2nd Friday followed by 5.40 crore nett on 2nd Saturday and 6.25 crore nett on 2nd Sunday. It should cross 15.50 crore over 2nd weekend. Film added 1.50 crore nett on 2nd Monday. It’s heading for 20 crore nett in 2nd week.
Film has total of 63.99 crore nett in 11 days which is fantastic total. It is heading for 70 crore nett lifetime as Eid releases will abruptly halt its run from Wednesday onwards. Film has crossed 115 crore worldwide gross too which is solid total.
Crew Scored Fantastic Week One
Ekta Kapoor’s Crew has taken big on ring for genre and cast. Film releases today and got benefit of Good Friday holiday too. Film has crossed 6.95 crore in national chains and it crossed 10.28 crore nett on day one all India.
This was bigger than lot of bigger films like Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya and Yodha. Film collected 20.07 crore gross on day one with 0.95 million USD (7.93 crore) in overseas. This was highest day one worldwide total for women centric film ever.
On day two, as expected film grew only marginally as day one was bumped by Good Friday holiday. As woe early trends, film will cross 10.87 crore nett with 8% growth. Film collected 21.06 crore gross on day two with 0.96 million USD (7.97 crore) in overseas. Film grew on day 3 and collected 11.45 crore nett.
After 32.60 crore nett, film collected 4.52 crore nett on day 4 with drop of 60% which is not that bad considering day one was aided due to Good Friday by 15 -20%. Film added 4 crore nett on day 5, followed by 3.30 crore nett on day 6 and 3.12 crore nett on day 7.
Film had 1st week total of 47.54 crore nett. This was fantastic total considering cast and genre.
