Farrey is directed by national award-winning director Soumendra Padhi. The high-school thriller drama is produced by Salman Khan, Naveen Yerneni, Y Ravi Shankar, Sunir Kheterpal, Atul Agnihotri, Alvira Khan Agnihotri, and Nikhil Namit.
Despite Good Reviews, Film Failed To Score At Box Office
Farrey opened to decent reviews today and was promoted very well by Salman Khan as it marked debut of his niece Alizeh Agnihotri. But despite promotions, film failed to score at box office. Film collected around 12 lacs nett in national chains on day one and all India number remained under 25 lacs nett.
Film needed to grow big on day two at box office as it collected close to 25 lac nett on day two too. Film has weekend total of 85 lacs nett and it failed to cross 1 cr nett over weekend.
Final verdict might not be altered as film will be a flop and despite being on the lines of 12th Fail (which was also based on education system), film failed to replicate its success. 12th Fail became a massive hit with low beginning and now its set for 50 cr nett lifetime.
