This year has seen probably highest number of women centric films biting the dust at box office. This weekend saw release of Katrina Kaif starrer Phone Bhoot and Janhvi Kapoor starrer Mili along with Double XL. All three films tanked at box office.
Film collected poor numbers all over and there was no pre release buzz via songs or trailers. Film has collected 15 lacs nett on day one followed by 23 lacs nett on Saturday. Film added 18 lacs nett as growth was limited due to cricket match of India in T 20 World Cup.
Film has collected 56 lacs nett over weekend and it added 15 lacs nett on weekdays. Film has total of 71 lacs nett and with 75 lacs nett lifetime, it’s an epic washout!
