Akshay Kumar starrer Ram Setu released in 3100 screens yesterday. Film was expected to open big due to festivals release. Though clash with Ajay Devgn – Sidharth Malhotra starrer limit its chances to open close to 20 cr nett.
Ram Setu opened to 15.25 cr nett on day one which was fair result considering weak advances due to festivities. This was 2nd best opening of 2022 for an Hindi film and we predicted months back!
Thank God collected 8.10 cr nett on day one which was strictly average. This was 12th best opening of the year.
