Pintu Ki Pappi is an entertainer rom-com-action film directed by Shiv Hare, the film stars Shushant, Jaanyaa Joshi and Vidhii. The film also stars an extensive supporting cast, including Vijay Raaz, Murali Sharma, Sunil Pal, Ali Asgar, Ajay Jadhav, Puja Banerjee, Aditi Sanwal, Ria S Soni, Urvashi Chauhan, Pyumori Mehta Das, Mukteshwar Ojha, and Ganesh Acharya. The film is produced by Vidhi Acharya under V2S Production & Entertainment.
Pintu Ki Pappi Is A Box Office Disaster
Film received terrible reviews and despite some paid review feeding on social media, it didn’t find any takers. Film failed to generate any initial and collected less than 20 lac net on day one. Film almost remained flat and collected 25 lacs on day two.
Film has 2 – day total of 45 lacs net and it has no hope from here onwards and it shall wrap under 1 crore net lifetime.
Pintu Ki Pappi fails to make the most of its promising premise, delivering a film that feels clumsy and half-baked. While the story’s core idea had the potential to be something genuinely funny and unique, it’s bogged down by poor writing, lackluster performances, and uninspired direction. It’s a film that tries too hard to be funny but ends up being tedious instead.
This lack of coherence and finesse results in a movie that is easily forgettable and offers little more than a few moments of unintentional humor. Despite a few redeeming aspects, such as the music, it’s not enough to salvage what ultimately feels like a wasted opportunity. Viewers expecting an enjoyable comedy will likely leave the theater feeling disappointed.
