Akshay Kumar’s upcoming film Sky Force has released all over on national holiday. The film released in cinemas yesterday on 24th January during Republic Week.
Sky Force performed better than the box office predictions on Thursday. The film earned Rs 15.30 crore nett. It saw an overall healthy occupancy of in the Hindi belt. The film saw no major competition from Bollywood and South. Film got major boost due to attractive pricing offers.
The film has only been receiving a thumbs up from critics and fans alike. Going by word-of-mouth, the chances of the film performing even better takes off from here. Sky Force will also gain heavily from the holiday window and the weekend. This does mark a positive start for Hindi films in 2025.
Akshay Kumar starrer Sky Force released yesterday. The film sees Kumar team up with Veer Pahariya, alongside Sara Ali Khan and Nimrat Kaur. It’s a reunion for producers Dinesh Vijan and Amar Kaushik, the duo behind hits like Stree, Munjya, and Stree 2.
Distributed across India by PVRInox Pictures, Sky Force is aiming for a wide release on approximately 3,000 screens nationwide.
