The makers of Bobby Deol starrer web series Aashram season two released the teaser of the show on Thursday. The show revolves around a corrupt guru who is involved in various criminal activities.
Now the Prakash Jha directorial falls into controversy as people find the story ‘hinduphobic’. Netizens also trends hashtag #ArrestPrakashJha on Twitter.
Titled “Aashram: Chapter 2 The Dark Side”, the second season is written by Habib Faisal. The cast also features Aaditi Pohankar, Darshan Kumaar, Chandan Roy Sanyal, Anupriya Goenka, Adhyayan Suman, Vikram Kochhar, Tridha Choudhury, Tushar Pandey, Rajeev Siddhartha and Sachin Shroff among others. It starts streaming on MX Player on November 11.
