Celebrating 100 Years Of Legacy: ‘Stan Lee’ Documentary To Be Out On Disney + In 2023, Reveals Marvel. Check The Teaser Inside!

Lee was passed away at the age of 95 in November 2018, at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.

On Wednesday, Marvel Studios announced a documentary on the life of the comic book legend Stan Lee with a short teaser on the late icon’s 100th birthday.

Lee is credited for co-creating Spider-Man, the Avengers, Black Panther, the X-Men and many other characters which are famous among audiences. The documentary, titled “Stan Lee,” will arrive on Disney Plus in 2023.

By sharing a teaser on famous writer’s 100th birthday, the announcement was made on Marvel’s Instagram and Twitter pages which reads, “100 years of dreaming. 100 years of creating. 100 years of Stan Lee.”

 

Along with fans, filmmaker Kevin Smith also remember him and wrote: “Today, @TheRealStanLee would’ve turned 100 years old! The @Marvel maestro was always a hero of mine, but thanks to making MALLRATS with him, we actually became friends! I miss the Old Man and his endless parade of smiles and good cheer. Happy Birthday, Emperor of Excelsior!”
