The release date for the highly anticipated film Transformers: Rise of the Beasts has been pushed back. The film, which was originally set to be released on June 24, 2022, will now be released on June 9, 2023 instead.

Along with Transformers: Rise of the Beasts, the new Star Trek film, which has been in development, has been pushed to a new date, according to Deadline. It will now debut on June 9, 2023, rather than December 22, 2023. Director Matt Shakman is in charge of the forthcoming Star Trek film.

Anthony Ramos, Dominique Fishback, Luna Lauren Valez, Peter Cullen as Optimus Prime, and Ron Perlman as Optimus Primal star in Steven Caple Jr.’s Rise of the Beasts. The Hasbro Entertainment film is co-financed by Skydance. It’s currently in the works.

Star Trek takes a break for the holidays. Patty Jenkins’ Star Wars: Rogue Squadron is still available on that date from Disney. Despite the director’s decision not to move on with the film in 2022, the Walt Disney Studios has not adjusted the film’s release date.
