Irrfan Khan not only did won hearts with Hindi Medium back in 2017 but also slew the box office numbers with its China release. Angrezi Medium, co-starring Kareena Kapoor Khan, a not so conventional sequel to Hindi Medium is all set to release in March this year.
Makers have released the first look still from the film & it’s as candid as it can get. In the still, we see a pretty yet pretty-annoyed Kareena Kapoor Khan and a confused Irrfan Khan. From the still, it seems he’s getting a shouting for not managing his nails.
Angrezi Medium will see Kareena Kapoor Khan donning a cop’s uniform for the first time. A while ago, Kareena’s cop-look from the film was shared in which she was seen on the streets of London. Irrfan Khan will again be playing a father to a daughter who wants to get out of the country to continue her studies.
Homi Adjania of Cocktail, Finding Fanny fame will be handling the director’s designation for this one. Dinesh Vijan of Maddock Films will be producing Angrezi Medium. It’s set to release on March 20, 2020.
