After revealing the emotional trailer for Sitaare Zameen Par, Aamir Khan Productions is reducing the pace by launching its first song of the film — ‘Good For Nothing’.
Releasing on May 22, this song teams up Shankar Mahadevan, Amitabh Bhattacharya, and musical legends Shankar–Ehsaan–Loy for what should be a very emotional number.
A Melodic Launch Before The Weekend on June 20
From the sounds of it, sources close to the show said that we can expect a track to be purely with soul but simple, just like the heart of the film that is based on new beginnings and redemption.

Aamir Khan’s First Emotional Project
Sitaare Zameen Par is directed by R. S. Prasanna (Shubh Mangal Saavdhan). The film follows a former basketball coach (Aamir Khan), who is obliged to train a group of misfits.
The movie features ten new faces —Aroush Datta, Gopi Krishna Varma, Samvit Desai, Vedant Sharma, Ayush Bhansali, Ashish Pendse, Rishi Shahani, Rishabh Jain, Naman Mishra, and Simran Mangeshkar — through Aamir Khan Productions.
Significant Support, Music Icons, And Newcomers
Divy Nidhi Sharma wrote the film, and the screenplay is well placed to deliver a heartwarming ride through comedy and redemption. Music for the film is done by Shankar–Ehsaan–Loy, and the songs are written by Amitabh Bhattacharya — the same team responsible for a number of the most timeless tracks in Bollywood.
Produced by Aamir Khan and Aparna Purohit, with Ravi Bhagchandka as co-producer, Sitaare Zameen Par is expected to hit theatres on June 20, 2025.
