Prabhas, who rose to stardom in India after his Baahubali franchise has a busy year ahead of him. He primarily works in Telugu cinema; his first film was the romantic thriller Varsham (2004), which was a box office success. Chattrapati (2005), Darling (2010), Mr. Perfect (2011), and Mirchi are some of his other well-known films (2013).
With S.S. Rajamouli’s directorial Baahubali: The Beginning (2015) and Baahubali 2: The Conclusion (2017), which won multiple awards including the National Film Award, he acquired huge recognition among Indian audiences.
Because of Baahubali’s success, he now has a slew of big-budget projects slated for release across India in 2022. We’ll discuss those future films here.
It’s a historical drama film, which means it’s not set in the present day; it’s set in 1970s Europe, according to reports. This big-budget film began filming in October 2018 and will wrap in July 2021. It will be released in January 2022, on the occasion of the Sankranti holiday. It was created under the T-Series label with the assistance of UV Creations.

The film being shot in both Kannada and Telugu at the same time. It will compete with another highly anticipated south Indian film, K.G.F: Chapter 2, which has a budget of Rs 100 crores. It is an action-thriller film in which Shruti plays the lead opposite Prabhas, with Jagapathi Babu portraying the antagonist.
Prabhas will appear in Adipurush, an Indian Hindu epic based on Valmiki’s Ramayana. Om Raut, known for his work on Tanhaji, will helm this film. Ram, Sita, and Lankesh will be played by Prabhas, Kriti, and Saif Ali Khan, respectively.
It was shot simultaneously in Telugu and Hindi and will be released in theatres in Kannada, Malayalam, and Tamil dubbed versions.

Project K is a science fiction film, which means it will have a large budget. Prabhas will star alongside Bollywood’s Big B, Amitabh Bachchan, and Deepika Padukone in this film. According to reports, the film is now in production and will be ready for distribution next year.
Prabhas’ 25th film will be directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, who previously directed Kabir Singh (2019). According to reports, Prabhas would begin shooting this film after the completion of Project K. This film will be distributed in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Mandarin, Korean, and Japanese, among other languages.
