Ananya Panday’s cousin, Ahaan Panday, is all set to make his debut in Saiyaara. He will star alongside Aneet Padda, who will also make her debut in this romance film. Ever since its announcement, Saiyaara, produced by Yash Raj Films (YRF) and directed by Mohit Suri, has generated immense buzz among fans. Finally, the film’s teaser has been released.
On Friday, May 30, YRF released the teaser of Saiyaara, an intense love story that introduces Ahaan Panday as a hero to the Hindi film industry. The film also stars Aneet Padda as the female lead, who stole hearts with her brilliant performance in the much-acclaimed series Big Girls Don’t Cry. Saiyaara is produced by the company’s CEO, Akshaye Widhani.

The teaser promises a film full of romance and drama. The teaser also reveals the meaning of the title, Saiyaara. As per the teaser, Saiyaara simply means a wandering celestial body, but in poetry it’s often used to describe something or someone dazzling, ethereal, or otherworldly — a wandering star – always shining, always guiding, but always out of reach.
Saiyaara is set to release on July 18, 2025, in theatres worldwide. Actors like Abhay Verma and Tara Sutaria have positively reacted to the teaser and sent their good wishes. The film is being much talked about as it will mark Ahaan Panday’s grand debut.

A source says, “Aditya sir wants to launch Ahaan and Aneet as the new faces to watch out for, as he believes in their talent. He has planned on-campus events across colleges in Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, and Chandigarh. A special online series will take social media users through behind-the-scenes content, giving them a glimpse into the lead actors’ journey and their on-screen chemistry.”
