Rhea Chakraborty appeared before Enforcement Directorate (ED) on August 7, 2020.
The actress was summoned after Sushant’s father filed a complaint accusing her of allegedly siphoning off Rs. 15 crores.
She was reportedly questioned for eight hours on Friday at the ED office. As per the actress, she did empty any of Sushant’s funds and everything she paid was her own income.
When asked about the three companies she is partners with the late actor she said that Rs. 1 lakh was paid up as capital that was shared by Sushant, herself and her brother Showik Chakraborty. She reportedly denied spending any money beside that.
Rhea’s brother Showik Chakraborty, her CA Ritesh Shah, and Sushant Singh Rajput’s former business manager Shruti Modi were also questioned by ED.
