Atlee Kumar directed Jawan is an upcoming action entertainer movie starring Shah Rukh Khan, Vijay Sethupathi, Sanya Malhotra, Sunil Grover, Nayanthara. Sethupathi will play the antagonist opposite King Khan. It will be released on June 2, 2023 in five languages, marking Shah Rukh’s first pan India film.
Media reports earlier suggested Allu Arjun could join the film and play a small duration role as cameo, which was coming after Vijay’s confirmed cameo role in the entertainer. Now, it has been quashed stating he won’t have any role in it because of his upcoming Pushpa sequel.

“The narration happened with the makers but Allu Arjun couldn’t say yes to the film due to his choco block schedule. AA has been training rigorously to get into the skin of his character for Pushpa: The Rule and for the next few months, he is only going to focus on it. Pushpa-2 shoot is underway at a fast pace with two major schedules wrapped in Vizag and Hyderabad,” Pinkvilla quoted its source as saying.
“Allu Arjun did take his time to think about Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan, where he was offered a small yet impactful role but it’s quite difficult to choose over Pushpa,” its source added.
As the media led rumours and quashed itself, it raises a significant point whether Allu Arjun was doing it in the first place. It becomes futile and media gaining unnecessary hype talking about his role in it, and later itself denying.
