Collaborating with director Rajkumar Gupta, they have initiated the development of Raid 2, where Gupta is meticulously researching and weaving together various real-life incidents into the screenplay. The project is progressing positively as Devgn expresses satisfaction with the evolving script. According to a source, Rajkumar Gupta has discovered an element that surpasses the scale and excitement of the first installment.

About Raid 2
Scheduled for a summer 2024 production commencement, Raid 2 is set to be a part of Ajay Devgn and Kumar Mangat’s agreement with Jio. In case you are unfamiliar, Devgn and Mangat have inked a digital deal with Jio Cinemas encompassing three films: Black Magic, Raid 2, and Drishyam 3. The shooting for the third installment of Drishyam is anticipated to begin toward the end of next year.
Meanwhile, the shooting for Singham 3 is set to kick off in August, featuring a comprehensive shooting schedule spanning six months from start to finish. The movie boasts an ensemble cast including Ajay Devgn, Vicky Kaushal, Kareena Kapoor, Ranveer Singh, and Akshay Kumar.
