The Bollywood Khiladi recently made news about his performance in Hera Pheri 3. The Namaste London actor appears to have gone on to other projects, despite multiple rumours claiming that he has chosen to withdraw from the comedy-drama. Hindustan Times reports that the Mission Mangal star has substituted another humorous performer for the void. According to reports, Akshay has agreed to star in Mudassar Aziz’s upcoming film, Khel Khel Mein.
According to reports, Akshay will reunite in the movie with two of his leading ladies, Taapsee Pannu and Vaani Kapoor. Ammy Virk, a Punjabi singer and actor, will have a significant role in this fun film. “Khel Khel Mein” will reportedly debut in theatres in 2023. Akshay Kumar and his team have not yet made an official announcement about the same.
“The film will see Akshay reuniting with his Bell Bottom co-star Vaani Kapoor, and also his Naam Shabana and Mission Mangal co-star Taapsee Pannu. In addition to this, the film will also star popular Punjabi singer and actor Ammy Virk in a prominent role. Some more actors would be coming on board, but details are yet to be finalised,” stated a source as per Hindustan Times.
Akshay is also getting ready to make his Marathi debut. The public will watch him in Mahesh Manjrekar’s upcoming film “Vedat Marathe Veer Daudle Saat” as Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj.
