•Khel Khel Mein
In April, Akshay will start shooting for Khel Khel Mein, a comedy film directed by Mudassar Aziz. Alongside Akshay, the movie will feature Vaani Kapoor, Taapsee Pannu, and Ammy Virk.
•Bade Miyan Chote Miyan
In May, the actor will be seen in the action comedy thriller Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, directed by Ali Abbas Zafar. Alongside Akshay, the film features Tiger Shroff, Janhvi Kapoor, Alaya F, Manushi Chhillar, and Sonakshi Sinha. The movie is set to release on December 22.
•Capsule Gill
In June, Akshay will start working on Capsule Gill, a film based on a real-life incident in 1989, where additional chief mining engineer Jaswant Singh Gill helped rescue people after a coal mine in West Bengal was flooded. Parineeti Chopra will star alongside Akshay in this movie.
•Sky Force
In July, Akshay will team up with Dinesh Vijan for the first time on an aerial action drama called Sky Force. The film celebrates one of the biggest victories of the Indian Air Force and is based on true events. The team is looking to start working on Sky Force from May 2023.
•Jolly LLB 3
In August, the actor will reprise his role as Jagdishwar Mishra, aka Jolly, in Jolly LLB3, five years after the release of Jolly LLB2. Arshad Warsi will also join Khiladi Kumar for this sequel.
•Hera Pheri 4
In October, Akshay will star in Hera Pheri 4, directed by Anees Bazmee and produced by Firoz Nadiadwala. This comedy film is the third installment in the Hera Pheri film series, with Akshay reprising his role alongside Sunil Shetty and Paresh Rawal. The movie will also feature new additions, including Sanjay Kapoor and Ravi Kissen.
