Sky Force Based On Real Incident

Sky Force tells the untold story of Squadron Leader Ajjamada Boppayya Devayya, a brave hero of the Indian Air Force. During the 1965 Indo-Pak War, Devayya led a dangerous airstrike on Pakistan’s Sargodha airbase. Showing extraordinary courage, he shot down an enemy jet – the only Indian Air Force pilot to do so during the war. Sadly, his aircraft was damaged, and he lost his life in enemy territory.

Devayya’s heroism went unnoticed for years. In 1988, he was posthumously awarded the Maha Vir Chakra, India’s second-highest wartime honour. He remains the only Indian Air Force officer to receive this honour after death. Sky Force is set to honour his bravery and share his inspiring story.

The film’s trailer has already impressed audiences with its intense and gripping scenes. Sky Forcepromises to deliver a powerful tribute to an unsung hero whose courage and sacrifice deserve recognition. This Republic Week, moviegoers will witness a story of true bravery brought to life on the big screen.
