Akshay Kumar is known to release multiple movies annually for years now. Three, and at some times four, Akshay has been following a format that is working very well for him. He has earned the box-office guaranteed star tag and is the producers’ favourite.
A couple of days ago, he announced Bell Bottom which is releasing on 22nd January 2021. He already has Bachchan Pandey lined up for Christmas 2020 which means he will have just 29 days of gap between the two releases. Also, Aamir Khan’s Laal Singh Chaddha is releasing on Christmas too.
According to a source close to an online portal, Bachchan Pandey will not release on the said date and could get postponed. The source informs, “The scripting of the film is taking longer than usual. Though a final call is yet not taken, the producers are thinking of postponing the shoot.” If this happens, Aamir Khan will enjoy solo run on Christmas next year.
Even this year he had four releases in Kesari, Mission Mangal, Housefull 4 and Good Newwz which will release in December.
