Alia Bhatt Lip-Syncs To Tum Kya Mile On Beach, Fans Say ‘I Was Expecting Ranbir To Show Up’

Alia Bhatt has been gearing up for the release of her upcoming romantic drama Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahani. The film is directed by Karan Johar and stars Ranveer Singh in the lead role along with Dharmendra, Shabana Azmi, and Jaya Bachchan in important roles. The promotion of the film has already kick-started with the makers releasing its teaser and a song Tum Kya Mile.

Alia recently took to her Instagram to share a video of her perfectly lip-syncing to the song on a beach. She captioned the video, “Pehle pahado mein aur ab beach pe… hum toh gaate rahenge #TumKyaMile”

 

Her fans quickly took to the comment section to express their thoughts. One user wrote, “why was I expecting Ranbir to show up? And then I realized the reel khatammmmm!” Another user loved her skin and stated, “Her skin>>>>”. In the video, Alia can be seen enjoying lip-syncing the song sans any kind of makeup, which is a rare thing to do for a Bollywood actress.

Tum Kya Mile is a romantic track sung by Shreya Ghoshal and Arijit Singh, while Pritam composed it. The song has been written by Amitabh Bhattacharya. Ever since it was released, the song has been trending on the number one spot on YouTube. Tum Kya Mile has garnered more than 40M+ views across all platforms in just 24 hours. It is also the most-watched video globally in 24 hours. Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahani will be released theatrically on 28 July.
