Alia Bhatt has resumed filming on the much anticipated film RRR. On Tuesday (July 20), the actress was photographed leaving Mumbai for Hyderabad at a VIP airport. Jr NTR, Ram Charan, Alia Bhatt, Ajay Devgn, Samuthirakani, Ray Stevenson, Alison Doody, Shriya Saran, and Olivia Morris play key parts in the film.
Alia Bhatt was photographed at Mumbai’s Kalina airport on July 20 as she boarded a flight to Hyderabad. The actress announced on Wednesday morning (July 21) that she had started her shoot early in the morning. Alia Bhatt captioned a mirror selfie from the sets with the time 6.41 a.m.

Along with the dressing room selfie, she wrote, “Rise and shine (sic).”
RRR is a period drama set in the years leading up to the country’s independence. It is a fictional story about Indian liberation heroes Komaram Bheem (Junior NTR) and Alluri Seetharama Raju (Ram Charan). Alia will portray Sita in the film, who is Ram Charan’s love interest. RRR is scheduled to hit theatres on October 13th.
