Alia Bhatt To Pair Up With Ram Charan Again After RRR, In THIS Film?

If reports are to be believed, Ram Charan was impressed with the working style of Alia Bhatt in RRR and has recommended Alia Bhatt for his new magnum opus with director Shankar, #RC15.

Bollywood’s top actress Alia Bhatt is all set to make her debut in Telugu film industry, with SS Rajamouli’s magnum opus period drama, RRR where she plays Sita, the love interest of both Ram Charan and Jr NTR.

If reports are to be believed, Ram Charan was impressed with the working style of Alia Bhatt in RRR and has recommended Alia Bhatt for his new magnum opus with director Shankar, #RC15. However, there’s no official confirmation yet. Interestingly, this is the first time Shankar will be directing a Telugu hero.

It was earlier rumoured that South Korean actress Suzy Bae, is being considered for playing the female lead but now the makers are considering the Bollywood actress who they believe can ace the role perfectly. If this happens, this will be Alia Bhatt’s second big film down South and second film with Ram Charan.

A political thriller, the Shankar directorial will be shot in 3D and released in five languages – Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Kannada and Malyalam, catering to a pan-India audience. There are also reports of Kichcha Sudeep starring in the film. The film will be produced by popular Telugu producer, Dil Raju and Shirish under the banner of Sri Venkateswara Creations.

Dil Raju had recently said, “I am extremely happy and elated to collaborate with India’s finest actor- Ram Charan and director Shankar Shanmugam. We are bringing this movie to PAN India audience with a vision of creating cinema that will entertain the masses.”

Meanwhile, Shankar is completing Kamal Haasan starrer Indian 2.
