Alia Bhatt wrapped filming on her forthcoming feature Darlings on Tuesday, marking her first time as a producer. The dark comedy is produced by Shah Rukh Khan’s Red Chillies Entertainment and marks writer Jasmeet K Reen’s directorial debut.

The film, which is set in Mumbai and stars Shefali Shah, Vijay Verma, and Roshan Mathew, is set in a conservative lower middle-class neighbourhood. It follows the lives of two ladies as they find strength and love in the face of adversity.

Alia Bhatt shared a clip on Instagram, which included behind-the-scenes stills and footage from the film. It’s over, darlings. ”Darlings, it’s a wrap! We have done our best to make a film that we are hoping you will love! See you at the movies,” she wrote.
