Although Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s wedding has been postponed until 2022, development on their multi-storey building in Mumbai is well underway. According to sources, the couple has requested that the contractor expedite the development so that the property is finished by early 2022. Alia, Ranbir, and Neetu Kapoor have methodically designed every detail of the building. Over the previous three months, the paparazzi have recorded the trio at a building site in Bandra. According to IndiaToday, Alia-new Ranbir’s home would have a room devoted to Ranbir’s late father, Rishi Kapoor.
According to an insider, the skyscraper, which is rumoured to be the city’s first high-rise with every conceivable luxury amenity, also contains a unique room devoted to Ranbir’s father Rishi Kapoor.
The insider exclusively tells a leading portal, “It would have been a dream for Rishi to see Ranbir and Alia get married. The family has preserved each and every small memory of the late actor with a lot of love. From his favourite chair to his bookshelf to small things that were dear to him will be all housed in a special room dedicated to Rishi. Ranbir and Alia have put in a lot of hard work and time into designing their new home, and they want to make it as cosy and homely as possible. Neetu too has been giving inputs and suggestions on how to make space for the family traditions and keep them intact like it was in KrishnaRaj, their old bungalow.”
A temperature-controlled swimming pool, an open-air amphitheatre, and other modern amenities will be included in Alia Bhatt-Ranbir Kapoor’s new home, in addition to a designated room for Rishi Kapoor.
