Recently, Deepika Padukone has been making headlines since her manager Jaya Saha has been interrogated by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB). Deepika’s name came out of the chats from Jaya’s phone.
The WhatsApp chat that surfaced was between Deepika and her manager Karishma where Deepika could be asking ‘maal hai kya?’.
Now, as per reports, Ranveer Singh is standing rock solid behind wife after all these drugs case came in. Deepika was earlier supposed to release an official statement on this matter However, now the couple will be taking any step after the legal advice.
A source close to Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone reveals to a leading daily, “I don’t think they are going to let this (the chat on drugs) defeat their morale. I think they will come out in Deepika’s defence very strongly very soon after they consider all their legal options.”
Besides Deepika, Sara Ali Khan, Shraddha Kapoor, Dia Mirza, Rakul Preet Singh are the other names that cam forward as the involvement in drugs for Sushant Singh Rajput’s case.
