Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Regina Cassandra are paired up to share screen space in a thriller film that will be presented by Anees Bazmee. The film, which is titled Section 108, is directed by Rashik Khan, who has previously worked as an assistant director in films like Welcome, Singh Is Kinng and Ready. The film is touted to be an edge-of-the-seat thriller against the backdrop of the insurance industry in India.
“Anees Bazmee has a soft corner for thrillers and he will be presenting Nawaz and Regina starrer to the audiences. Regina Cassandra, who has done work down South, will be the female lead of the film alongside Nawazuddin Siddiqui,” revealed a source close to the development.
According to sources, Nawazuddin Siddiqui plays the role of an insurance agent who gets involved in a mysterious case that leads him to uncover some dark secrets. Regina Cassandra, who is known for her work in Tamil and Telugu films, will play the female lead opposite Nawazuddin. “Regina plays the part of Shikha, who is an expert in her field. It’s a complex and challenging character, and Regina was excited to be a part of this film,” the source informed
The film also features some other prominent actors in supporting roles, but their names have not been revealed yet.

The film is already shot and will hit the big screen soon. The film is produced by CinemaWala Ventures and Three arrows production and the first glimpse of the film is expected to be out soon.
