Irrfan Khan is all set to bring Angrezi Medium on screens. When director Homi Adajania was asked for waiting a year for Irrfan, he said because there was no alternative to him.
Talking about Irrfan and Deepak Dobriyal’s onscreen chemistry Homi said, they are endearing loons who will make you laugh and cry. He also added that to see them feed off each other as co-actors is magical.
The duo defines sweet-sour sibling relationships they love to fight and fights for love. They have some quirky humor that will remind you, your relationship with your own sibling.
Talking about the reuniting with Irrfan Deepak told a daily, “I haven’t worked with an easier co-actor than Irrfan bhai who is an institution in himself. He was extremely supportive and I loved improvising scenes with him. Our off-screen chemistry and love has translated wonderfully on-screen as well. The film has beautiful moments that bring out the fun, emotions and camaraderie between the two brothers.”
The films show a beautiful story of the father-daughter relationship and the bond between two brothers.
Apart from Irrfan and Deepak the film also stars Kareena Kapoor Khan, Radhika Madan, Ranvir Shorey, Dimple Kapadia, Pankaj Tripathi and Kiku Sharda in pivotal roles.
Directed by Homi Adajania the film releases on March 13th, 2020.
