While Anushka Sharma’s fans were early waiting for her next venture, this picture for her latest film has come as a breeze of fresh air.
However nothing is official yet, but as per the information the film is based on the life of former Indian Cricket Team Captain Jhulan Goswami.
In the sill from the set of the film Anushka can be seen dressed in a cricketer’s jersey while she was shooting at the Eden Gardens, Kolkata. Jhulan Goswami too joined her at the time of the shooting.
She tried to opt Jhulan’s look as she shot an entering scene with 10 players.
The shoot went on till five in the morning while Anushka let at 4am and flew to Mumbai on Sunday. Anushka will do a promo shoot on January 25.
Jhulan Nishit Goswami was an all-round cricketer and former captain of India’s national women’s cricket team.
She got her retirement from WT20ls in August 2018. She won many trophies for her performance.
