Directed by Rajesh Krishnan, the comedy movie stars Kareena Kapoor Khan, Tabu, Kriti Sanon. It is produced by Ekta Kapoor, Rhea Kapoor. It’s said to be a female-centric project.
“I am doing a film with Rhea Kapoor. It is not Veere 2, it is a story about three women. It is going to be slightly different. It’s a super cool and fun story.” Although she hadn’t divulged details of the cast, she had revealed, “Rhea has got two stellar actors. I can’t reveal the cast, but I am very excited,” PTI quoted Kareena as saying.
Netizens have shown excitement and craze around it. One said, “Powerhouse of Talent & Electrifying Performers are coming together, excited. 🔥🔥🔥”. Another said, “Damn….women actors or creators coming together for a project is always something exciting to look forward to.”
Rumours said that Shehnaaz Gill was also approached to do this film. She will be seen in a different look. “Like Rhea’s previous film Veere Di Wedding (2018), her upcoming movie is also a women-oriented subject. Shehnaaz is the latest to join the cast of the film, which is slated to go on floors by the end of this month. This film will see Shehnaaz in a different avatar,” Times Of India quoted its source as saying.
Meanwhile, Kareena was last seen in Laal Singh Chaddha and is busy shooting a Hansal Mehta film. Kriti will be seen in Prabhas starrer Adipurush, Varun Dhawan’s Bhediya and Kartik Aaryan’s Shehzaada. Tabu will play role in Ajay Devgn’s Drishyam 2 and completed the shoot for Bholaa, starring Ajay only.
