On October 13 and 14, the special NDPS court heard Aryan Khan’s and other accused’s bail pleas, and today’s order was reserved. Judge VV Patil denied his bail request earlier today. Aryan Khan’s lawyers promptly went to the Bombay High Court after receiving the order. Due to a lack of time, Aryan’s case could not be heard today before a single-judge bench led by Justice Nitin W Sambre. On Thursday, at 10.30 a.m., the topic will most likely be discussed.

Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha’s bail applications were also denied by the special NDPS court.

The NCB has obtained chats between an upcoming actress and Aryan, according to sources. On Oct 2, the two were allegedly discussing drugs during a Mumbai cruise party, prompting a raid on the ship by the NCB. During the previous hearing on October 14, the NCB handed over the chat evidence to the court. The court has also received Aryan’s conversations with some drug dealers from the agency.
