The Climax Kept Under Wraps
Sahher shared that Aryan Khan made a very clever move to get the most genuine reactions from his actors. He gathered the entire cast in his van just thirty minutes before they were scheduled to shoot the final scenes and finally revealed the climax. “None of us knew the climax. Our jaws were on the floor!” she said.
According to Sahher, this last-minute reveal was a smart directorial choice. By keeping the actors guessing until the very end, Aryan ensured that their surprise and shock on-screen were completely real. This trick made their performances much more authentic, adding to the power of the show’s final moments.
Working With A Detail-Oriented Director
Speaking about her experience, Sahher described Aryan Khan as a director who is extremely focused on the details. She mentioned that he had a very clear and confident vision for the show, and it never felt like he was directing for the first time. He would sometimes act out scenes for them to explain exactly what he wanted.
His attention to detail was impressive. Sahher recalled a moment when he even pointed out that her hair didn’t have enough volume for a particular scene. She also added that he was a great motivator on set. Even after ten takes, he would encourage the cast by saying, “This was amazing, but let’s try something else.” His positive and encouraging words kept the energy high throughout the demanding shoot.
